Birds from the Central Park Zoo

What a nice collection of tropical birds. I guess most would never have experienced snow in their native habitat. Are they kept in heated enclosures?

It was an open area so birds can interact with the visitors and fly around freely, but within a greenhouse type enclosure to keep them warm and regulate the temperature. It was quite a nice experience having all the birds freely move around and mingle with others.
