A bench is a great place to focus the viewer's attention in a photograph. And the vertical sweep of the tall trees contrasts very well with the short horizontal stretch of the bench. Sometimes just a bench by itself makes an arresting image, and here in conjunction with a sunset on a beach, it completes what would otherwise be just another sunset.
