Yes, it is difficult to make out the scale of the image. One element is repeated across the frame, except for the blank area on the lower middle/left, which immediately stands out.

Unless he is tricking us ;), that seems to be a railway track at the bottom of the pic. Right?

And yes, something does move along those tracks.
