INFO REQUIRED : Sony Sensor Cleaning + Sigma/Tamron Fungus Cleaning

Hey Guys,

I am sure this topic would have been discussed a few times already. But I am lost in the info.

Sony A7iii sensor cleaning at home : can somebody recommend which cleaning swab is the best I can buy in India (and recommendations from abroad).

Fungus cleaning : looking for the best place to get the fungus cleaned on my below lenses -
1. Tamron 28-75 f2.8 Gen 1
2. Samyang 85 f1.4 manual lens
3. Sigma 19 f2.8
