Panasonic GH3 vs Panasonic GH4 for video

I was checking for camera deals online and I found two listings -

• Panasonic GH3 with olympus 12-50mm lens for Rs 18k
• Panasonic GH4 with lumix 12-35mm f2.8 lens for Rs 34k

I plan on shooting casual videos but having video features is a plus if I ever wanted to experiment. Is GH3 enough for shooting casual videos or should I go for the GH4 for more advanced features?

If we were to speak in terms of value, which is a better deal?

GH4 with 12-35 2.8 is an amazing price. I'd strongly recommend going for this
