Printing image

Hi, does anybody know a professional printing lab (Online)?

I am sharing my experience of printing images in a lab.

1. Highlights look reasonable (as they appeared on the monitor) but shadows look dark (without any texture/details).

2. I used a white balance card (by whibal) and did a little touch-up on a calibrated monitor on dim brightness.

3. Colours are ok but not shadows/ blacks.

4. Is it due to a printer's flaw or maybe I was expecting too much? Most of the time, we watch images on digital platforms where eyes deceive the brightness and shades.
