Fantastic series. First 2 really stand out for me with the 2nd one being the best. So abstract and yet harmonious with the opposing colors. Lovely.
Monisha, post-processing kaho na. "Photoshop kiya hai kya" is just so down market.

Hi, a very nice set
Liked the colors pop in the last one. Just wanted to know,
1. The Trishul peaks, beautifull pic, is it heavily croped ? Also the Low dynamic range and visbilty of the surroundings is it deliberate choice in post or just coz you couldn't bracket fot whatever reason. Beautifull pic in any case
2. 1st pic also, looks beautifull, again a doubt, looks like shadows have been recovered heavily. Do let me know if my guess is correct.

Ashutosh, thanks for your appreciation and for taking time to enquire about the images. Regarding your queries:
1. The image of Trishul peaks has zero cropping. This was shot at 500mm from Kausani which is well known for providing glorious view of the peaks. The low dynamic range that you have noted is due to atmospheric haze, which locals ascribed to lack of rainfall in the past year. The peaks were momentarily illuminated with sunrise which gave me a little window of time to capture them.
2. The first image was in fact slightly overexposed inspite of using highlight weighted metering, probably due to vast swathe of mountain range in the frame. I slightly reduced the exposure and adjusted contrast and color to taste.
