I just like how they look and want to try out the hobby. I looked into some posts and saw some cannonets here and some yashica's at vintagecameras.in. Do you guys have any recommendations or advice you can give me? Thanks in advance.

assuming you are looking at film photography -
if you visit any camera store, you will likely find disposable cameras with ilford or kodak branding for about 1600rs or reusable cameras (i have seen kodak and ektar branded ones) for about 3000-3500. you may want to try those out to decide if film is for you. They are point and shoots and require minimal technical ability. use them, see if film works for you.

if it does, there is a very, very deep rabbit hole to fall down.

If your thinking to dip your toes into analogue photography, check this article out. Would help you get started.

Analogue photography with the right gear will have very less upfront cost but depending on how much you shoot, the overall cost will increase.

With digital the upfront cost is a more (still accessible assuming you buy used gear first) but should allow you to practice on your skills more freely.

Shoot stuff I guess?
