Is thier any option for canon EF-S to EF mount any adaptor available Or we can do any MOD?
i want to use my Canon EF-S 55 - 250 mm  lens on 7D mark 2 with Kenko 1.4x EF mount tele Converter?

There is no adapter available.

There is usually a plastic part at the rear of the EF-S lens that causes an EF-S lens not to fit a FF body. Removing this bit allows you to mount the lens on FF. Don't know if this will work for your needs, but it's worth a shot.

There are mirror clearance issues with some EF-S lens mounted on FF, check for this to make sure the lens rear element doesn't contact with the TC's element.

Their is ready made EF-s to EF mount available but it's to costly l.

Yes I already in process to modified mount found 3D design online from some sources to print part and once I 3D print and fix it i will inform you.
Let's see it's work or not.
