What was time of the shot?

From the EXIF data I can see that it was taken at around 9 am. I remember it as a foggy/clammy November morning near a seaside resort. The sunlight was having trouble breaking through the mist, which gave me much easier conditions to work with despite the late hour (photographically speaking).
