What a magnificent scene, Mukund.  I love how the clouds play on the hills.  Is the lake natural, or is there a dam at one end of the lake?  I take it this is some resort or vacation destination.   Was it taken in late fall?

North East of India is a hilly region. This lake is near Cina boarder is a natural lake formed by collecting water in the natural bowl shape depression when snow melt.

I take it this is some resort or vacation destination

Yes, North East, especially Tawang, is a popular tourist destination.

Was it taken in late fall?

Yes. My trip was in November when there was little snow on the mountains.
