Nothing to do with commercial printing but one hack for priting at home, after all the post processing is fisnhed , make a virtual copy and increase brithness by 1  to 1/2 stop depending on you printer , my epson and hp printers need 1 stop by brother printer needs 1/2 a stop , and the prints will come out fine. It will look way bright on screen but right on print.
Lightroom print module has an option to increase brightness for the print command, but I don't print from lightroom so i use a virtual copy

Hi, does anybody know a professional printing lab (Online)?

I am sharing my experience of printing images in a lab.

1. Highlights look reasonable (as they appeared on the monitor) but shadows look dark (without any texture/details).

2. I used a white balance card (by whibal) and did a little touch-up on a calibrated monitor on dim brightness.

3. Colours are ok but not shadows/ blacks.

4. Is it due to a printer's flaw or maybe I was expecting too much? Most of the time, we watch images on digital platforms where eyes deceive the brightness and shades.

Thanks.
