Spots on pictures with new Camera

Hi,
It could be dust on the sensor but also dust or water droplets etc on the lens as well, I would try cleaning the lens both front and back element of the lens , and try sensor cleaning function of the camera 1st, I am not personally familiar with Sony A6600, but most modern cameras do have such a function.

I problem still remains I would not try to clean the sensor myself, it can save a lot of money but it can also leave a permanent mark a risk I would rather not take.

I got a new Sony A6600 yesterday, today morning i took some pictures in RAW mode. But when i applied a preset in lightroom i noticed these spots on the pictures. Is this dust on the sensor? I immediately installed the lens and did not take it off since it was installed. This is my first camera so i have no idea what is happening.
