Title: BIS Certification on camera bodies
Post by: Bharat Varma on November 05, 2024, 11:18:24 AM

Off topic, sorry - but this is the first time I'm seeing a BIS (bis dot gov dot in) certification on any camera.

Is this now a norm for cameras meant for India?

I also saw a BIS mark on a Sony battery I purchased recently.
