Hi,
After purchase of a buyer does not like the lens, what is protocol?
Thanks
There is no protocol. Due diligence is your responsibility, and any dispute is solely between you and the seller. The forum rules only suggest what is good behaviour and what is bad, and caveat emptor applies.

Does not like, why?

Sell it. Or...
We all make good buys and not so good buys. Unless the seller has misled you in some way, the protocol is, not to mince words, "suck it up."
I've done that more than once with stuff I've bought brand-new from dealers. That's life. There is stuff bought new and used that sits in the back of my cabinet. Not lots, but some: it happens.

what do you mean by "not so good buys" exactly? items which don't last as long as you intended?

Stuff that I fancied but didn't really need; stuff that turned out not as good as I hoped; stuff that I was just silly to buy. Etc.
