I had purchased Panasonic 42.5mm f1.7 from them last year. They told it was in Excellent condition but the OIS is not working at all.
There was no return policy not exchange support. I had to sell that lens on Facebook Market at 1/4th of price which I purchased.
I will never buy any other product from them.
Also beware of this guy call Kapil from Camera Club, is have no clue about the lenses. He just talks on listed price from the website.

Hmm that's interesting, I had 2 of my friends go and buy a used X-T3 body from their store in Delhi (Chandni chowk is a very "hit-or-miss" place). The camera was working fine but yes they said it was 2 years old when in fact it was 2 years out of warranty. Apart from that, the camera is fine. They also had it shipped to Pune.

So yeah, I guess it is a hit-or-miss scene

Could be true, but I have missed it.
