Item's Age & its Description: Purchased these sticks for use for field automotive photography in 2018. It is an incredible tripod system when you need absolutely sharp images over a long period of time (multiple lighting positions for the same image / light painting). I weighed it down with sand bags and I have used it in tough environments. This is an investment for life but I have moved away from commercial / studio / field work of demanding nature and don't need this anymore.

Special Note: This is a heavy-duty, abuse friendly tripod leg system. It is not for the faint of heart. You deploy a tripod like this only when you want to make absolutely sure your camera doesn't move even slightly. Paired with a heavy-duty ball head or geared head, it is the go-to setup for most commercial photographers who work in the studio or in the field. This tripod will outlast you if cared for. You can use it in water, deserts, snow or wherever you fancy and it will not complain. Come back home, clean it with RO water and oil it with a dab of gear oil on a used RAMRAJ vest for best results :)

This is a photo from a shoot I did for the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
This Tripod goes high, much higher than most portable tripods south of a Salon Stand. It can handle a lot of weight and can be used without fear in tough outdoor conditions. I still wouldn't use any metal support in sea/sale water but fresh water is fine. Come back home and clean everything up and oil it down, just like a quality rifle.

Oh and I forgot to mention - this was the first "quick height set" tripod before all the new fangled Smallrig Tribexes etc. You can set the length of each leg individually OR move all three legs at the same time with the red tabs / levers shown in the picture below.
No bending, unscrewing or unclasping clamps to adjust each leg. Depress the tabs and lift or lower the tripod to the height that you want and release. Thats it!
