I like the smoothness yet crispiness of the objects and the way vignetting works. Is the vignetting PP or shot?

IMO landscape version would look great for this image.

C&C, discussion welcome.

I was routinely fixing the horizon in one of my images from a recent trip when I realized that in particular case, I found the tilted horizon more appealing.

What is your take on tilted horizons? Does it work in this example? When would you say feel it would strengthen your image to leave the horizon tilted (e.g. imbalance, tension, weight, momentum, slope. flow etc.)?

In this particular case, I felt the waves rushing in from the left seemed to be in harmony with the tilt if the first image and somehow appealed to my eyes more than the second one.
