Nice swirley bokeh, typical of Helios 58/f2. Nicely done.
I guess, you have used Matrix metering. You could have used spot metering for the subjects in the foreground. That would have made the flowers and the apple a bit brighter.
Just give it a try if not already done.
You can also see my post titled "Helios connection" where I have used the same lens on a full frame, Z6II. You can 3 night shots taken across the street from my house. Hope you will like them.
Leica SL2s, Elmarit 24-70 f2.8,Sony Alpha CR2, 35mmf1.4G, Sigma n12-24, Tamron 35-150 f2-2.8,.

Thank you very much. I captured it with my old d3300 with which metering doesn't work on manual lenses. I guessed it with the back screen live view mode. I usually use spot metering which I find precise. I wanted to review if the crop sensor delivers good results, especially for swirls.

I saw your post on Helios and indeed the pictures are superb and contrasty. What type of Helios did you use I mean the manufacturing year and number. People say that Helios with marking MC 6 and 7 delivers better results.

I have a 44M-4 which was probably manufactured between 1958 and 1990. My serial number starts from "83" and is a six-digit number.
