Three things are required on a paper that is required to be kept with the  items while taking a photograph of the items -
 
1. Member's name
2. The serial number of the item (if serial number exists)
3. The date of posting.

Please add at least one photograph with the missing detail.

Hi. I will do that. I can't add the photograph with the missing detail as it was never there in the package when I bought it. I can add an image from the net just to show what it is.

Please note that the missing item does not affect the functionality at all.
