No, I only used noise elimination to some extent and a bit of sharpening after resizing.
I am not at all conversant with skin smoothening.
However, she has a remarkably smooth and unblemished skin. This is probably because the doctor didn't allow using any oil on her body excepting a bit of coconut oil sometimes.

Thanks a lot. Yes, flash would have taken away part of the beauty. As it is, I use a flash very rarely.

Yes, her skin looks natural, not Instagram-Plastic! Very nice. I detest that "filter" look.

I don't smooth skin, even for octogenarians!  And I haven't had any complaints.
