Canon powershot sx50hs date and time issue!

Hello all
I just brought old Canon powershot Sx50HS from a friend. Everytime I remove it's  battery for charging and put it back it asks me to enter date and time and zone.
I tried to find it's date battery slot but couldn't  find it. Is it possible to change that battery?
Canon 7D, Canon 600D, Canon 18-55, Canon 50mm f1.8, Canon 60mm f2.8 macro, Sigma 70-300 dg Macro, Sigma 50mm f2.8 macro(manual focus), Canon 430ex
