It is in Mulshi area of Pune, still devoid of concrete jungle but development is happening at rapid pace, don't know what will be the future of this greenery.

A really nice place, Mukund.  I could not help but notice the helipad.  I know hardly anyone who has a helicopter landing facility at their home here.
