Cross platform shooting.

An experiment with lenses and a camera. May be a bit crazy.

The recipe:

- EOS-M5 Camera body
- Adapter NK-EOS for Nikon lens to EOS body (Rarely found) - No,.1
- Adapter EF-EOS(M) - No.2
- A manual Nikon mount lens or a D lens from Nikon stable
- Mount the No.2 adapter to EOS-M body
- Mount the No.1 adapter to adapter no.2
- fit in the lens and ensure that the spring lock engages, otherwise the lens will fall off.

Now we are ready for the shooting. It will be fully manual.

Attached a sample here. No sharpening done, only resized for uploading to the host site. The result is very satisfying. I have used a Nikon mount Tokina 100mm f/2.8 macro lens.

Issues:

1) The fitting will appear a bit loose. It would not be dust proof at all. So, care needs to be taken.
2) There is a very small plastic lock on the adapter, which appears a bit flimsy. Needs to be unlocked for dismounting the lens.
