60D is not a beginner camera though, its a prosumer grade one.

A Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC Macro HSM lens, very carefully used with absolutely no specs of dirt/dust/fungus, and in perfect working condition, giving out superb quality images may be added with at Rs. 18k, if your budget permits.
