Thanks Rajani Chand for the Sigma 150-500 ..Although I havent seen the lens in person. But the seller took all the trouble to explain me the advantage disadvantage of lens, how to store it and had lot of patience  ;D

I know he could have just sold his lens to any banglore member same day but as I was first ,he waited for me a whole week .
Today he handed over the lens to my friend at Banglore.

I can assure he is a good person and a good photographer too  :)
Having a 7D and L lens dont make u a photographer...Photography is all about creativity, Love and Passion.

Gears : Nikon D7000,Lens from 17-420 , Fuji XT3 , Fuji 60mm 2.5 macro, Fuji 16-50 and Viltrox 23mm 1.4

This is my first dealing with a member through this forum and it's pleasant.
Thanks  lot Sweetlime (Ashish). Bought a Nikkor 35-70 f/2.8 af lens yesterday. had personally picked it up from his residence in Bangalore. It was nice talking/interacting with you. I love the lens. It's in a very good condition, a small spec of fungus I suppose but not affecting the IQ. Very pleasant person to interact with. i would recommend this person to all on the forum.

Thanks again Ashish[Sweetlime]

My first long distance purchase: Pentax 80-200 with m4/3 adapter from iamsomnath to feed my G.A.S.

What can I say? He was more eager than me to ship it the same day to beat the coming holidays.

Somnath,

It's in great condition, and is wonderful for portraits. Haven't tried anything stressful yet.

What I found interesting about this lens 80-200, is that it's much more compact than the olympus 40-150 esp in length.

It is a much sharper lens too :)... You should also shoot some back lit subjects too. Gives interesting result. Check out and if possible share.

Thanks Nilanjan for your kind words .  I am sure you will enjoy this lens as I did for several years .  In fact you will find it better for your FM2 ... for film  photography this is truly amazing !   Keep in touch .

Bought from Iamsomnath a lens and teleconverter. Very quick and courteous communication from Somnath. Detailed emails with packing details and shipping details. Items arrived overnight as promised. Everything was as described and the lens was found to be pristine...as if opening a new piece. Same for the teleconverter. Very pleased and I will deal with him again with confidence.

My only feedback would be to all members who sell and ship items. Please double box your items. What his means is you pack your gear back in the original box, wrap this box with bubble wrap, surround with styrofoam boards and place inside a bigger cardboard shipping box. Use packing styrofoam beads or bubble wrap to make sure it is immobile. Tape up the outer box and it is ready to ship.

This is in the interest of your peace of mind and that of the buyer because we all know how shipping companies can mangle parcels regardless of how many fragile stickers go on it.

This is from many years of experience shipping electronic items, amplifiers, audio valves etc.

Bought Kenko ET's from Srini (stadimiri). Excellent condition, just like new, excellent packing, and sent to me before he even got the money.

It was great dealing with Srini. Thanks...
