Had a chance to deal with Canon4Life on the deal http://www.jjmehta.com/forum/index.php/topic,19580.0.html . A Nice person to deal with, as explained the lens was in mint condtion. He arranged his co-brother to pick the same from him and show to me at a place near to my home. I would say Rajeev, as well as his co-brother, Mr. Lokesh is are really nice guys.

Hi All,

So I was out to purchase used 500D/550D (used offcourse) and just in time I came across two posts. One by mr Minz ('minzem2001') and another by 'anirbanc'. I was interacting with Mr Minz and was almost about to close the deal with him, but suddenly I also found this 550D @ very reasonable price for a two year old body. Mr Minz was so good to share all the pictures I needed and the details over multiple emails. Thank you Mr Minz!

So I met anirban over a cup of coffee and got this machine. He was a sport to allow me a complete 30 mins while I tested the body. I must say, the Pentax 30mm 1.4 that he got was 'creame'. I could not get a lense and his was attached through adapter, so I had to postpone testing AF. 'You can return me if AF does not work appropriately'...this was more than enough for me to go for it. Finally I was a happy buyer.

All these two weeks I was in search of good lenses (used), but finally I could resist my temptation and got Tamron 17-50 f2.8 guess what just realised the battery is discharged and I have to charge it and keep staring at the lens for few more hours. Damn!

Thumbs-up for 'anirbanc'

Got a SB-28 this evening from Anirban (anirbanc) and it's lovely. The condition is really good and the item was as described :). He also let me play with his X100, so another star for that :D.

Hope it is working with you along with the optical slave.....or did u get something to go along with the optical slave

Thanks to following people who made my buying experience great at JJM
1. Anirban (AnirbanC)- I bought some books from him, there was some miscalculation of price. I received the books in great condition, well packed. He himself informed me of the miscalculation and returned me the extra money i have paid. Thanks Anirban, i wouldnt have known the price myself and a major thanks for the great books in excellent condition.

My apologies again....its a shame how i calculated such an inflated figure
