This may seem like a trivial issue to you and some others, but I assure you that it isn't.

It's about your answer to the specific question "Do you have the bill?"
Answer is either Yes or no - yet you chose a 3rd option "Yes, but I will have to look" meaning I may or may not have it but reserve the right to say "sorry, No"  later.

Why is it important? Unlike most mechanical devices Battery age determines how much residual life it has. While usage (charge cycles) is a major factor, lithium-ion batteries are subject to calendar ageing. Even if a battery is rarely used, its internal chemistry gradually degrades over time due to parasitic chemical reactions. Most lithium batteries typically have a functional lifespan of about 3 to 5 years, regardless of how many times they've been charged.

Date of purchase of battery in 2023 or 24 and being used in 2026 can be significant.  The ENEL 15C battery was first  introduced in 2023 - you say that your item dates back to 2024 - it means that the buyer is definitely buying a 2 year old battery which also could be 3 years old.

The only proof of age your buyer has is the bill, or maybe not.   Bit unfair, no?
