Nice Image, but to my eyes appears dark and underexposed. When you use flash (in bright sunlight) it is to balance out the dark and light areas. If you haven't got it  right in-camera increase the exposure (in PP) to make the sunlit and the shadow portions of the shirt look equally exposed so the effect of the flash is apparent. The water and the sand could also do with some lifting.


The problem basically is that to let in more ambient light when using the flash, you need to slow down the shutter speed. But, that makes your moving water look soft. So PP is where you need to fix it.
