Canon AE-1 battery door

Looking to replace the battery door for my AE-1. Or just even the lock in the door.

You can replace it by 3d printing a new door and attaching the old door's latch mechanism to it. This design on Thingiverse has assembly instructions: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4232015.

If you don't have access to a printer you can use Robu.in's 3D Printing Service: https://robu.in/product/3d-printing-service/. It is reasonable and reliable.
