Got a Canon 55-250 IS lens from Arindom Ray Chaudhuri (screen name ArindamRC). Extremely happy with him as well as the product. Whole transaction went off smoothly.
Thanks Arindom, for giving a newbie a taste of tele-zoom.

Hi

Recently I had a very unique transaction in this forum! At first Skyfish (Akash) has posted some odds and bits and i was interested for a Nikon rear lens cap (LF-1). There were two and Bharat Verma has already booked both of them. Previously I had some transactions with Bharat and hence when I requested him to spare one for me, he not only readily agreed, but also paid for the cap on behalf of me! I wanted to pay it myself (just Rs 125), but before I was able to communicate with Akash the money is already paid! So I got it for free! This is half part of the unique transaction!

The next part is with Akash! He not only posted the cap to my address just on the next day, but also took the pics of the parcel and also the receipt of the courier and sent the pics to me! So far I used to think I am very sincere person, but he proved me wrong. So mush of sincerity for such a small item is really out of the world!

Kudos to both of you.

Hello Nirmalya,
I was casually browsing this section and came upon your post today!  You never even mentioned about this post to me; now that's what I call modesty!
Thank you for your kind words Narmalya :) It definitely makes me feel good.

Bought a Canon 50D from Mr. Manish Joshi (Screen Name: j0shi) for a friend of mine. The seller was a very warm person and a typical "yaaron ka yaar".
The transaction was super smooth and hassle free. The condition of the product was also very good. All the accessories were given as promised and also my friend's request of payment in 2 installments was obliged with. It was a pleasure dealing with Manish Joshi.
Only regret being that I was not the buyer.

Thanks gautam,
Buying cams and selling them later is more of a habit for me now :) .. I really wonder I love photography or the cameras more  ..  and there are no obligations abt installments since am able to earn nice friends like you
Cheers

I never thought of photography till 3 months back when a 60 days old D5100 was available at 29K, thanks to JJM. The offer was too tempting and I decided to try my hands at Photography. Once that was home, the greed grew and then I saw a 58 days old 70-300 VR for 21K. That was home too. Then came the filters, spent another 2500 on a Hoya 67mm Pro1D CPL and 600 on a Kenko 67mm UV. The used cam market rocks. Thanks to JJM, I have a nearly new set now. (Not naming any buyers here, but am happy with everyone)

Stats: Actual CP for a new set as above from Flipkart would be:73900

I got a 60 days old set for 53100  :) ;) :)
