Repair options for Insta360 devices

My friend has given me his Insta360 One R that is inoperable. It was not powering on during a recent trip and the official service center has informed him that the model cannot be repaired as they do not have the parts for this model. They said motherboard replacement will cost 21K.

Are there any reliable third party repair centers that deal with action cameras? Would be grateful if someone could share details.
