1. The lens was shipped on the same day after receiving funds.

2. Better-than-OEM packing (Multiple bubble wraps, corrugated sheets and plastic packing).

3. Shipping tracking number, URL given - and if this wasn't sufficient, he gave me regular updates on shipping status on email.

4. Gave me a day to test the lens to my satisfaction as I couldn't see the lens before the purchase.

5. Gave me important data about the lens and its functioning.

Very professional and transparent yet friendly communication. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of flash gels from RBP Photography and the experience has been great! I PMed him as soon as he put the gels up for sale and transferred the amount. I have dealt with him before (and co-incidentally for a similar set of gels) and he is really good at keeping me posted. He shipped it the next day and I had the gels on Wednesday :). The total time (from the post to the delivery) it took was about a day and half, that should give you a fair idea about reliability and response from RBP :). Thanks man!
