Smooth transaction and positive feedback about lkpchennai.

I bought Canon 100mm f/2.8 L Macro Lens from him (http://www.jjmehta.com/forum/index.php/topic,34492.0.html). Lens received as per the pictures and description and is in very good condition. Seller was kind enough to include 67mm HOYA Filter along with the deal and also took the shipping cost on him (both these things are not listed in his post). Product received by Blue dart in 3 days. The product was shipped immediately after receiving the payment. He was also very responsive and answered all my queries quickly before the actual purchase was made. Also mailed me the original invoice and courier stub promptly.

Thanks,

Though i received this lens sometime back which i asked my friend to pick up in Hyderabad. Thought of putting up this post for appreciating a smooth and clean deal that was made.

This letter is to share some positive experience that I have had in this forum. I guess I am little late on this.

Bought a canon 100-300 lens from truestrobist (Mohammed). A well kept lens that is functioning beautifully. Item was as described.
It was well packed and with great care. Went out of his way to contact me at every stage. Kept inquiring about the lens even after I started using it.
Thank you Mohammed.

Bought a Yashica 28mm manual Lens from John (jojaja). Again a wonderfully kept lens. Got the Item as promised well packed. Since it was difficult to get an mount conversion adapter locally he went out of his way to procure it from ebay.com because I could not access Paypal. He got me an af confirm adapter at one fourth the price we pay in India.I have received that item too. Thank you John.

Bought a Rokinon 8mm from rajismine (Rajeev Gupta). True to his word. Booked the lens for me though there were other offers as I approached him first. Got it well packed and in good condition. Thank you Rajeev.

Loving every bit of my time here

Two thumbs ups for roni and manoj.

I am just stepping into the world of manual focus lenses and these were my first puchases.

Both of them were patient with me - I needed some time to arrange for payment, my line of work is such.

Both were prompt in sending the stuff and the packing was just great. Bulletproof almost.

I love the helios from roni as it mounts on my 5D and its a great combination for Sunday morning shoots. Butter smooth focus. I never imagined I would like a lens that flares!!

The CZJ from manoj is a beauty of a lens. It just calls you to handle it and try shooting. The reflection off the lens coatings is beautiful. Already got a few envious comments within a couple of hours of opening.
