Purchased a Nikon D300 from Tom (PocoLoco). The camera is in a very good condition, just as he described (better than that, in fact). I can see it has been cared for very well - and for me, it was a steal considering the low shutter count. He even included the manual ( ;)) and also added lots of spares like batteries, CF cards, eyecup, etc.

The camera was packed very well and arrived through DTDC within 48 hours. Tom kept track of the package the entire time. I can't recommend him enough.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Purchased an Olympus E-PL5 with a 12-50mm lens from Manish. He packed it very well, with a lot of care, and even bundled an extra battery! The deal went very smoothly, and I can't recommend him enough. :)

Purchased a Canon 55-250mm STM lens from Ayaskant. It arrived within 48 hours through DTDC, in a great condition.
The lens was packed extremely well. The deal was extremely quick and transparent, and I would definitely recommend him as a seller to anyone else on this forum :)

Thanks Pratik.
Even you were quick to close the deal unlike many
Thanks again for a quick and smooth deal

Another good JJMPF buying experience!

bought Kaval's 60mm Sigma e-mount lens. It was packed very nicely and arrived promptly. And a great bargain for a lens in such good condition that it could pass as new

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D <-- a five-grin deal   :)

It was a pleasure to deal with Thad (Nick) for this transaction.

One cannot ask for a smoother transaction!

A credit to JJMPF community too!

Thank you, Nick!

PS: Both of us were surprised that DTDC delivered the lens packet (from Delhi to Chennai) in less than 24 hours.

I intended to do this before, but forgot. I bought a 23mm F2 Fuji lens from kolkata member Soumyendras, and it was a transparent deal. The item was packed and sent in a few hours and reached chennai soon.

Thanks, and it was great dealing with you Soumyendra.

Hi All.

I am new to these forums. Was pointed in this direction by a friend.

I had listed 3 lenses for sale , and all go sold super quick.
The number of responses for my Nikon 16-85 , frankly took me by surprise.

Many thanks to all who responded.

I see a high degree of trust and professionalism in these forums.
People who understand photography.

A very different experience from OLX and Quikr.

Bought Canon 135 f2 from Tonumoy Kolkalta. The lens received is in a perfect condition and the deal went off very smoothly.
I appreciate Tonumoy's promptness and care in making the deal a pleasant experience.

Just a note - he has a Canon 24-70 2.8 and Sigma 50 1.4 to offer. Anyone interested can be rest assured of getting a gadget in top condition and a great deal.

:)
