Great deal with Guru (Profile gsferrari - https://forum.jjmehta.com/index.php?action=profile;u=47921), and with a wonderful surprise as an unexpected add-on.

This forum is such a treasure. So many gems.

A shout out for Venkat306. Bought a Nikon 20 mm f2.8 ais from him. Everything worked fabulously well. He described the lens perfectly, the communication was smooth and he promptly dispatched the item. Packing was bomb-proof. Really a brilliant experience.
Cheers

Thanks a lot for the kind words! Really appreciate it. It was such a smooth and hassle free transaction from my side too. Great communication and a pleasure to deal with. Glad the lens reached you safely and that you're happy with it!

Hi,
I recently purchased the iFootage Cobra 3 Strike Monopod (without head) from Guru, the product came in Mint condition . He took special attention to drop the product at my place in chennai. i was impressed with Product overview in youtube  .https://forum.jjmehta.com/index.php/topic,73306.0.html.

Thank you for a smooth transaction Ram! This is one of those transactions that leads to a long term friendship. I got to meet Ram in bangalore and he is a wonderful wildlife photographer who conducts bird/wildlife photography tours across the country. Received a lot of pointers from him over Benne Dosa and Rava Idli and Coffee.

When a transaction turns into a friendship, the value of the transaction cannot be measured in INR.

Recently bought 100mm lens from Deepesh, I'm really happy with the purchase, When he shipped me the product the hood was missing although i said it would be troublesome for him to send me that single piece and no need of sending it, he insisted that courier the hood because it was included in the deal, such an integrity, thanks bhai

Hi all,

I have purchased an olympus EM10 iii body and ttartisans 23mm f1.4 manual lens from @Joeji in Thadiyoor, Kerala. It was a wonderful experience meeting him and trying out a few lenses from his incredibly well kept collection (stored in climate controlled cabinet).

Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone interested in micro four thirds system.

Hello Everyone.

Although it's quite a late appreciation post, but still, it's with all the due credits.

I have purchased a used canon r7 from @SAHARSH Sir and I can't be happy enough. Not only did he came out to be the best seller I have encountered, but to add cherry to the cake, he provided me with a lot of freebies (which obviously was out of his discretion and one could have sold them separately).

In my opinion, He is a very seasoned photographer and also a senior member in this Forum. My interaction with him was quite interesting as he suggested my gear usage, skills and provided his needful insights which was very helpful.
He also helped me buy a new EF EOS R adapter at a bargain price from Future Forward Delhi.

He sold me his R7 camera along with freebies like a Silicon body cover and a Matin camera strap.

I think we have developed a good friendship. And very recently, I purchased a EFS 10-22mm lens from him at a bargain price again. This time too, he included a hood as a freebie. I am truly humbled.

Cutting to the chase, I have found his used equipments in great shape and with minimal wear and tear. Moreover, he is very transparent with his gear condition which I feel is True professional spirit.

Hoping to learn more from him, and on a selfish note, I hope he keeps on upgrading his gears and photography level, so that I get a chance to inherit. :-)

Whenever I purchase anything from @Parampreet Dhatt i lie to my wife that I bought a new gear.!.That's how mint the condition will be every single time. Thank you so much for the wonderful transactions so far.

Haha, I appreciate the compliment. Although I imagine wifey will be more impressed if you tell her that you actually saved money by buying a used item which looks and works as good as a new one. 😉😉

Looking forward to more interactions and transactions in the future.
